 Youth just like you are seeing their friends and families die from hunger - 26,000 every day, gone for good, 14,000 just from hunger and malnutrition alone.
They're counting on you to care.

Focus: A "hungry" person who experiences the uneasy or painful sensation caused by involuntary lack of food which over time may result in malnutrition. Hunger affects more than 1 billion people world-wide. 22 countries suffer from high levels of chronic hunger; defined as more than 30% population undernourishment. Countries such as Eritrea, Niger, Comoros, Haiti and Liberia are particularly affected. For more facts click here.
Purpose of Event: To raise students’ awareness of hunger across the world and how following Jesus Christ calls us to respond because of that awareness.
Concept: Students will voluntarily experience hunger for 30 hours.
