Third Party Use/Reservation of Facilities:
Our facilities can offer space for small or large study groups, community meetings, and other events.  Rooms are available that can accommodate weddings, meetings, and conference events.
All facility requests must be made by submitting a completed
Garber Facility Use Request form to the church office, 4201 Country Club Road, New Bern, NC 28562. 
 
Submitting a request form does not guarantee reservation of facilities. Groups will be contacted to verify reservation status. External events are only scheduled after church ministry events and facility use needs are established.
 
 
Any group wishing to use any of Garber's facilities should read the Facility Use Policy  before submitting the Facility Use Request
 
A  fee schedule will be provided once a completed Garber Facility Use Request form is received.
