Fruits and Vines
Our midweek program, Fruits and Vines, is an exciting program for children 3 years old to fifth grade. On Wednesdays from 5 to 7 pm, children are encouraged to open the Scriptures and explore God's word through a variety of age-appropriate activities designed to accommodate all of the different ways children learn.
Kindergarten through Fifth Grade
In a short but jam-packed two hours, children will participate in choir, bible study, a fun family style dinner, and such things as art, drama, cooking, science, and mission projects. They will rotate through four different workshops each week in both age specific groupings and mixed age groupings. Children will be sitting with the same kids and same adults at dinner, developing key relationships and prayer partnerships!
Three and Four Year Old Preschoolers
Our wee worshippers will be studying the same bible theme as the older ones, but in a one room setting, through music, art, storytelling, and science. Children in this age group will be joining their parents in the fellowship hall at 5:30 each week for a fun dinner and worship time. At 6:00, those children whose parents are attending adult bible studies or serving in fruits and vines will move to the Conderman building for more Bible learning and activities.
The Fruits and Vines program is broken down into sessions throughout the year. Unable to attend a session? No problem! Each session is completely self contained with brand new topics and curriculum.
